Feel good in the office Almost too beautiful to work

What is it all about?

People who feel good at their workplace enjoy working and are more productive. We do a lot to ensure this: modern workplaces and offices with plenty of space to eat together, drink coffee, play games (foosball! Wii!) or simply chat. The roof terrace invites you to relax, especially in summer. For those who prefer to go out, there are stores and snack bars in the immediate vicinity. And paths in the green for walking or jogging. Showers and lockers are available for those who bike to work or want to exercise in between. Free parking for cars and bikes is available in front of the building. Joint events, for the team or for the entire staff, take place regularly—after all, fun should not be neglected!

Typical case

Max cycles to the office every day. He can park his bike safely and then quickly jump into the shower. This way, he starts the workday fresh. Around 11 a.m., he feels like a short break, so he goes to the café and has a cappuccino while chatting with colleagues. Later, during his lunch break, he cooks a quick lunch together with others in the office kitchen and enjoys it—since the sun is finally shining again—on the roof terrace. In the afternoon, he has a few meetings and conference calls scheduled, which he can attend either in a meeting room or a telephone box with complete privacy. Before he gets back on his bike in the evening, he plays a game of foosball with his colleague.

What do I get out of it?

  • You have a workplace where you feel comfortable.
  • You'll find office space that is well equipped and allows you to work productively. They are also designed in such a way that they promote encounters with colleagues—for this purpose, there are, among other things, fully equipped kitchens for cooking together, foosball tables, Wii game consoles or comfortable sofas for relaxing.
  • The new room concept promotes communication and collaboration, especially across teams, which strengthens collegiality.
  • All drinks are free of charge.
  • The doors are always open to everyone and there is no awkwardness.
  • You don't need extra clothes for the office with us—after all, it's not the cover that counts ;)

How does it work?

  • You come—whether by bike, car or on foot, in the clothes you feel comfortable in—to the office.
  • When you need breaks, you take them, in the café, on the sofa or on the roof terrace.
  • You reach out to colleagues when you need their support. Everyone has open doors.
  • You say hello informally even to new colleagues you've only known a few minutes. Likewise to your manager.
