What is it about?
Celebration is allowed. Of course. Because celebrating also connects us, just like our big and small successes. We simply enjoy doing things together. The initiative often comes from employees, and those who like join in. It doesn't have to be a big deal—we can also really enjoy eating ice cream together. Of course, there are also the planned company events. Sometimes we go to Oktoberfest, sometimes we barbecue in the courtyard, or celebrate Halloween or Mardi Gras. At the same time, we don't forget that not everyone is as well off as we are, which is why we also get involved in social projects from time to time.
Typical case
It's summer; it's been very hot for days, and vacation is still a long time coming. Fortunately, management has already donated ice cream for everyone today. Lisa is even more looking forward to the barbecue in the evening—many colleagues will be there and bring something delicious to eat. Even the music system will be set up, and it looks like the colleague who can play the guitar really well will also be there. Don't forget that steaks and drinks will be paid for by the company. That will be great for sure!
What do I get out of it?
